About Me
With over 22 years in the prosthetics industry — 7 on the
clinical floor in direct patient care and 15+ in R&D, training,
and marketing — I've seen firsthand what happens when
training is done right, and what it costs when it isn't. That
frustration drove me to earn a Master's in Instructional
Design and Technology and build a career around fixing it.
I've led training as Director of Education for a medical device distributor, driven growth as Director of Marketing for a
startup, and learned what it truly means to operate lean and
wear every hat. In 2020, I founded Didactic Edge with a clear mission: help small companies build training programs that
actually move the needle — improving product adoption, empowering sales reps, and turning good products into
undeniable ones.
